    @hhpapazian Alternatively, it could be a single double-pitch glyph i+j. btw. CH is a single letter in the Czech alphabet, we type it as two codepoints. It’s really a technological question, I think. What I am asking, squeeze or not to squeeze into a single-pitch slot?
